January 5 2022 - E-express and Speedpost from Hong Kong are temporarily suspended to USA and Australia

Dear Customers

Due to high increasing cases of Covid postal services E-express and Speedpost from Hong Kong are temporarily suspended to USA  and Australia

there seems to be no airplanes and workers enough, we have no idea how long this will be the case but we hope this will be only for a short time.

The only way we can economically ship to USA for the moment is using Hong Kong post Surface Registered Mail 44-67 Day's

but to compensate for the longer shipping time we will ship using this shipping option for FREE

We can still ship using DHL Express but this became quite expensive

Because of the longer transit time please order in time.

We hope that the normal shipping options will be back operational soon

April 16 2020 - Shipping to USA update because covid19

Dear customers

Hong Kong Post announced the need to suspend Speedpost services to the United States of America (USA) owing to the substantial reduction in flight frequencies by airlines, which has resulted in a nearly complete inability to provide any air traffic capacity to cope with the volume of Speedpost items conveyed to the USA. So the only Shipping option we have left for the moment to the US is surface mail which can take 2 till 3 weeks but the good news is that we made this shipping option for free.

Best to order in time.

We hope all will be back to normal soon.

April 2 2020 - Shipping changes because Covid19 virus

Dear customers

Because of many canceled flights for the time being 
e-Express shipping option will be temporarely not available.
Please choose Speedpost as shipping option.
Speedpost can also have some minor delays because of
less flights but at least still working for now.
This problem is not because of Hong Kong post but
because of the different countries restricting the cargo flights.

We will update the shipping situation regulary.

March 6 2020 - Demoderm is not ZhongZhou cream anymore.

Dear valued Customers

With this announcement we want to let you know that We distance ourselves from Agenki Germany.

As you probably know, we are the exclusive distributors of ZhongZhou cream for Europe and we delivered till now ZhongZhou cream to Agenki which is sold under the name Demoderm.
Purely for profit Agenki decided to make a product themselves so their product has nothing to do anymore with ZhongZhou cream.
Everybody can make a sulfur/zinc oxide based product but this is not sufficient, the big difference is that our ZhongZhou cream has a patented herbal mix as extra ingredients and this is exactly what makes the difference, this formula is a secret and there is no way Agenki can know this.
All the testimonials and successes on Agenki website are the results from our ZhongZhou cream sold under the brand Demoderm, not from their new product.
Remember, treating against demodex mites with a product that is not effective enough can make in the long run the skin problem even worse.

As soon we find a new German distributer ZhongZhou cream will be again available locally.
For a temporarily time we offer free shipping for ZhongZhou cream to Germany, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia.
