My 2nd daily log

Post by baybeebubble »

I've started a new diary of my progress because the first time I started using the cream (which was about 2 and half weeks ago) was not a success.

I used far too much and had to stop using it after 5 days. My skin was so DRY I had difficulty in smiling! ! It's strange though because when I was using the z cream in excess my spots did subside. However I couldn't put up with the dryness and flakiness (MY SKIN LOOKED LIZARDY AND OLD). I began using vaseline and eucerin and all sorts of other products to help with the dryness.

Anyway when the dryness had gone I introduced the z cream once again but in very small amounts. I blend it in with water every evening and use tiny amounts in the day. I've also started using the acarid removing soap again (after I use my dermalogica gel cleanser). I have been using it for 4 nights now and no excessive dryness! (thank goodness)

The only problem is that ever since I re-introduced the z cream and soap i have been getting more spots. None of them are angry they just tiny little white heads appearing on different areas of my face. It's so strange becauce I've never really had whiteheads before. My problem prior to this was tiny black heads. Now the black heads seem to be disapppearing and instead i'm getting whiteheads . Does this have anything to do with the mites????

I noticed on the demodexsolutions website , if you click on pictures of people and their results - on the last picture is a girl who broke out with whiteheads 1 week into using the z cream. Am I experiencing something similar to this???? :?: :)

Removing demodex mites is not so easy as it sounds, in the first weeks many things can happen like for example the whiteheads you experience now, don't worry about this, is just temporarily and will go away again, is all related to dying mites.
