It has been almost three weeks since I placed my order and I still have not recieved your product. I am not sure if this is common for shipping from hong kong to the USA? my purchase number is 7185, and I payed with a credit card..

No, that’s for sure not normal, I have been away for a couple of weeks
and I don’t know exactly what happened but your order is marked as processed but indeed no tracking number,
I will send your order immediately again and ad some extra as compensation.
