I just posted in reply to your private message, but I hadn't read this posting first. You really have to get off those medications. As I mentioned in my other post, check out a web site called curezone.com. The Z cream is great and will kill the mites, but you've compromised your immune system and gut ecology with all the antibiotics. You will learn a lot there about cleaninng out toxins and re-building a healthy body. It's very hard to gain control once you kill off your healthy gut flora and fungus/yeast/candida starts proliferating (I speak from first hand experience with that) and you have to get off that ride. I think you would be helped greatly in your overall health, including your skin health, if you can start working on healing the inside, now, but if that's all new to you, there is a lot to learn (worth it).
Hello
I still don’t understand why doctors always give antibiotics just like that,
what can antibiotics do, only kill bacteria right? so even if they work for a while, what are you going to do when you stop taking them?
everybody’s skin is always full of bacteria,
most of the time the problem just re-occurs and probably even worse because bacteria build resistance towards antibiotics plus
if you take so much so long time all your good bacteria will also be gone or out of balance resulting in new problems.
I can understand taking antibiotics for a skin problem when it is really necessary, for example if you have a unusual bacteria on your skin
or something similar but for a common skin problem it is no use, it doesn’t solve the problem.
What I also don’t understand is that as we have a perfect and proven working product to eliminate demodex mites but still people
want to try something else, demodex mites are very difficult to eliminate, there are some other product who give results in the begiining
but not in the long term because the mites are building resistance and then you problem is even bigger, it is proven that demodex mites
don’t build resistance against the Zhongzhou ointment.
How more you tease the mites with half working products, how bigger the problem will become.
Ivermectine works great against scabies and some other parasites but not against demodex mites, you only kill some adults with it, and after that
your itch will be even worse.
There is a big possibility that even by only treating your facial skin, the problem and itch on your scalp will also become less and less.
Probably, there is a underlying cause why demodex mites can become a problem but nobody knows exactly why, the traditional Chinese medicine
have an explanation for it, has something to do with the guts and longs but is difficult to explain and we Western people are not open to this anyway.
Also, to find demodex mites there is no need to do a biopsy, just push sebum from very deep of your nose pores and/ or scrape the for head
and skin with a tool and put in a drop of oil, steer to dissolve the sebum and look at it under a scope, that’s all.
My advice, stop with everything, just us the ZZ, be patient, don’t use to much, especially in the beginning and that’s it.
Of course, working on the inner you like Anja wrote can only be positive, thanks for you advice Anja.
If you are interested in the clinical trial regarding the efficiency from the ointment, here is a link to a PDF file,
if you are also interested in the toxicity trials I can mail them to you.

Hey Brian. I really wish you all the best of luck with your own health and with your educational endeavors. You have such a great opportunity to be a different kind of doctor. Most if not all of modern western medical reseasrch is controlled by drug companies who have an in interest in the results of that research. I refuse to "support" cancer research, for example, because I am totally opposed to funding the "research" using toxic chemicals that kill women when there are so many natural effective altnernatives. I have a good friend who is a living, surviving example of that. Doctors only know what they are taught in medical school, you are totally on your own researching alternative medicine. It's a growing field, more and more patients are waking up to the fact that body has an innate intelligence annd the ablity to heal itself given the support it needs. Pharmaceuticals are not support, they're toxins your body has to work to eliminate and create further imbalance in the body that makes you more vulnerable to more parasitic organisms and disease. You see what happens to most western people as they get older - more and more drugs, and then additional drugs to deal with the side effects of other drugs, it's insane. I've been watching my dad kill himself slowly going that western medical route. I know he has a bowel full of old, rotted mucoid plaque and a very congested liver, but he just cannot open his mind. Honest to god, I just don't get how we have all been so blinded to the laws of nature. It's harder to live a clean life on such a polluted planet, but intentionally polluting it further with more chemicals just doesn't make sense.
By the way, there are many natural antifungals - you'll find any number of them in health food stores - grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, pau d'arco tea, high quality virgin coconut oil (lauric acid), among others. A lot of people feel, too, that just killing fungus and yeast once it's had a chance to proliferate is not really the answer, in fact, I have read theories that candida albicans overgrowth is actually your body's defense against toxins, like your "garbage men." I don't know if that's true, I think it depends on how bad your fungal problem is, but no matter where it is in or on your body, it probably started in your gut when the antibiotics killed your beneficial flora. Any pharmaceutical will do that. So will toxic heavy metals from things like mercury amalgam fillings in your mouth. Healing the gut is the first order of business, and you can read all about that on that curezone web site I mentioned in my earlier post. It's a good place to start and can link you to all kinds of other informative web sites.
Diet is really important, and you will want to read about the Weston Price Foundation, check out a cookbook by Sally Fallon called Nourishing Traditions (and the lost art of naturally lacto-fermented foods & properly preparing grains). The Body Ecology Diet by Donna Eden has some great information and is a very healing diet, but most people have trouble staying on it. Some people advocate raw food diets, paleo diets, blood type diets, macrobiotics. It seems like what works for one will not for another, you have to find your own balance. Across the board, though, giving up dairy (except things like healthy raw milk and home made kefir or yogurt), sugar, processed flour and foods, minimizing meat - especially factory farmed meats where the animals are injected with hormones and antibiotics, etc. helps everyone, no matter what healing diet you choose.
I've been reading and researching ths stuff for at least ten years, and you just can't ever be well if your digestive system isn't well. It seems like it all starts there. The next organ to work on is the liver. Walter talks about Traditional Chinese Medicine - there are many answers there, as well, and the reason western people aren't open to it because we've all been programmed to believe that drugs and surgery are more civilized and cure people. I believe that is for emergencies and last resords, only. Just start readnig and learning, it will really open your eyes. And then it will make you mad once you realize most of what they're teaching you right now is wrong.
My boyfriend has been doing therapeutic bodywork for over twenty years, and we have many friends and colleagues we've learned from along the way, many first hand experiences and testimonials. He's very well educated in anatomy and chinese medicine, and he could recommend some essential reading if you are interested.
Take care.
