Pustules - 3 weeks after using ZZ cream and soap

I'm not sure if i have demodex but due to lack of other options i tried the ZZ cream and antiparasite soap however it seems it does not work for me. My "acne" (or not acne, no idea - i have it for 7 years already) looks this way (beard, lips, and nose area only):

After using ZZ cream for 3 weeks i dont see any improvment, the pustules just got bigger. And after they pop next one forms in the exact or near location.

Any ideas if this looks like demodex?

thanks for your message however my acne looks the same way - even before taking the ZZ cream. not sure if this has anything to do with demodex parasite
