Prices

At Demodex Solutions, all prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Demodex Solutions accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank transfer.

Delivery

Demodex Solutions strives to ship orders placed before 3 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter are shipped the next business day.

We ship to all of the European Union using GLS
Orders outside the European union are shipped depending on the country using HK post,
UPS, or DHL.

Goods are delivered every weekday of the week. For the European Union, your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For orders outside the European union delivery time depends on the country and available shipping options.

Right of complaint

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered a defect/fault.

Demodex Solutions will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is given for goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you received your order.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email to [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions how to do.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:

-Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

 Goods where the seal has been broken.

 Goods which deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received them back.

We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the goods upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which the goods function. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical store.

If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must try the item out without actually using it.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase in time, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned them before then.
