It took me about 3 months but I saw results within less than a month. Some worse cases take 6 months. Now mind you, I did everything by the book. I did not slack once. I think that is whats Key here is to keep a very strict routine in order to kill the mites.

I am not like "most people" I was very aggressive in my regimen. I used the ZZ cream, The Acarid removing soap, the Shampoo, the Scalp Lotion and the Eyelash Ointment along with all the other methods that I have outlined on the following post.

The ZZ cream is not that powerful. It takes most people 6 months or longer.

It all depends on the individual and what kind and duration of the skin problems,
We have clients who where almost clear after one month, for others it can take much longer,
It has not so much to do with how strong the ZZ is, it is much stronger than you think,
but how long the skin/immune system needs to recover after the mites are gone.
