Massive Breakout around one month!

I used Bpo 3 % for 2 years. After 1,5 years it stopped working. I started the ZZ Ointment at January 2011 (Using it once at the evening) and now after using it one month i had a massive Breakout especially around my mouth. I didn't have any problems the first 3 weeks. Is this normal?

They say it is the massive die off of mites. Do you have acne or rosacea, or demodicosis (acne type rosacea)?

I'm still gettin new pimples and whiteheads around my mouth and my nose. They really hurt. When is it about to become better?I'm in the 6th week of using ZZ Ointment
