All,
I am now approach the 4 month mark and while i see approvement im still on the roller coaster of the ups and downs.
Im going on holiday next week and should i change my routine? Should i just wear my XMFL Cream under my suncream and just use the ZZ at night as usual?

I guess you're thinking that if you go off of it for the holidays, your face will get a chance to get better, since you're not actively killing mites. And with your face temporarily better, you are more presentable over the holidays.
That is a possibility. And if it's just a week or two, it probably won't cause you to reverse your progress too much. I once did that. After I was free of acne, I stopped using the products altogether for about 2-3 weeks. The acne came back after just a week, and by 2 weeks it was much worse. Then I went back on the creams, and it cleared up within 2-3 weeks after that. So you probably won't undo your progress completely.
Otherwise, I'd just say continue doing your normal routine even on holiday.
