Does XMFL speed up the process?

If I can't use ZZ cream twice a day, would it be better to use the XMFL in the morning than using a regular lotion? I know that using ZZ twice a day is probably ideal and it leads to faster results but I can't do that and I'm just wondering if XMFL could be better...

Yes, using Fumaling during the day is of course better,
fumanling also works against infections because of the metronidazole.
