Breaking out on my ears

I think i successfully chased the bugs off my face to my ears which started flushing a few months ago. i stated using the X cream on my ears a couple weeks ago and now on one side the ears is red with a bunch of small bumps (the small bumps is new). I'm scared because i don't know if i just made my ears worse. what's going on?

i never had this reaction on my face by the way. so it's new to me. it seems my ears are more sensitive and maybe a greater concentration of mite in one area. should i be worried? should i stop using the cream? is this an allergic reaction?

on top i meant to say "i started using the cream two weeks ago" not "i stated".

can someone please reply. my ear is more red with more tiny bumps today.

Personally, I don’t believe you chased the mites to your ears, or they migrate
to another place because treating, the mites are moving so slow that they would
be killed anyway by the treatment, when they surface and coming in contact with the treatment,
they are gone………………….
The skin on your ears is different than the facial skin and becomes usually more red when
a infection occurs, it is impossible for me to know from a distance if it is an allergic reaction
or just red because of the pimples, you had no reaction using on your face so probably
it is just because of the infections from killing the mites.
