Great and long skin problem i need help !!!

Hi my name is philip i live in France and i have a great and long skin problem.
i resume it :
i am 35 years old , male.
In 2002 i took roaccutane for skin problem ( spots in my back , on my face but not very important on mùe face) the msot was on my back and thights and buttocks) i think that on my tights and buttocks it was folliculite).
5 month treatment and after all it's ok, i keep just side effects during 3 months ( dryness and flush sometimes) bu after these 3 months all it's ok no acné and no folliculite.
In june 2007 i have folliculite on my thights and my buttocks again.
I go to see a dermato and he gave to me a topic ( with urea) and dipsrosone for the spots).
on my face i had nothing , just one spot sometimes but nothing .
i saw not great result with the treatment so i decide to took roaccutane.
it was in july ( i saw a dermato and i took roaccutane) i didn't go to the sun and i have took 4 tabs roaccutane at 40mg per day and during the 4th day i have stopped it cause i had flush on my face.
2 days after my skin is ok no problem on my face , no redness or dryness.
1week after i decide to re-took roaccutane but 20mg per day.
during 4 days all is ok but the 5th day i saw on my facelittle spots ( browns and my skin was seboréhic.
i stopped the roaac i go to my dermato and i took tredisonit ( dermo corticoide during 4 day) all it's ok.
But since i have a dryness on my skin, sometimes redness located on wings of the nose eyebrows temples.
And little sopots on the wings of nose and the face it seem like folliculite.
My face ( the high part ) is very seboréhic and i have a little red spots.
what i have to do to stop that, is a demodex, or acné or dermite seborehic.
my dermato thinks for a dermite but i have use ketoderm and i have stopped cause my eyebrowns was redness after 3 days.
please help me i need advice cause is very difficult for me to live with it.

It is almost impossible, when the symptoms are not so clear to tell something from a distance,
best would be if you could have your facial skin tested for demodex mites like described in the FAC section of our website
but, I know, it is so difficult to find a derm who is capable, willing, to do a demodex mites test,
it is a pity because it is so simple, all you need is a microscope with minimum 40X multiplication,
if you can borrow one somewhere, you can easily do it yourself.

Thanks for your reply i understand , but i don't think that is a demodex.
i have no itchings.
And my dermato say that is a seboréhic dermatits but i have no itchings.
i have take ketodern (ketaconazole) but not succes, and even redness.
so i have stop it and now it's better.
Now my dermato says to me Roaccutane ( 20mg/per day) during 3 months.
What do you think about it ?
