yeah, tried this supp that helps with mood, but it also boosts testosterone, i had oiler skin...so I stopped it, but did get acne

u should stay away from those things..testosterone is what causes man boobs...ur body synthesizes it into estrogen..that's why roids cause man boobs...

it has estrogen reducing ingredients like DIM in it as well...if you use the extra test by lifting, it will help negate the possible gyno causeing by test aromatizing into E2 (the bad estrogen)

its just that more test = more DHT as well, and if your sensitve to extra DHT (like me) you`ll get oiler skin and hairloss
