No responce to my e-mails

I am having a problem getting any feedback about my order. I have e-mailed 2 times and no response. My order was placed march 7th and payment was posted on my credit card march 9th. I have not received anything about shipping at all.

What should I do? Any suggestions out there?

It is order #6048
