I've been ordering and using DS products for over a year now, I live in the States. I've been trying to reorder my usual zz and acarid soap, but my card is being denied, over and over. I finally got to the bottom of it, my bank told me that they have blocked the country I am ordering my product from, because of too much fraud happening. There's probably not much you can do about this, but I just wanted to let you know. I will try and use my husband's credit card to order the products, and see if that works. Have you had this happen before? Is there a big problem with fraud in China?

Never heard before, country blocked, that’s impossible that they can do that, actually, our company is in Hong Kong, not China, how can they block a whole country?

second, you don’t pay to Hong Kong but to Worldpay which is one of the safest and reliable credit card processing companies.
We do a lot of orders every day, many of them to the USA, never a problem with credit cards.
If they don’t want to process your order, better change bank.......
