Hello Brian
I hope some others will answer you to but this is my knowledge.
The first thing to go are the infections, postules etc, then it takes at least
3 months, to be sure 5 months before all mites are gone, only then your immune system can stop reacting, there are 2 kinds of red, one from the infections which will go away sooner, and the red skin (even thickening of the skin) as an allergic reaction towards the mites, this will fade a way but very slowly, can take a year,
main thing is to keep your nose mite free with doing a maintenance treatment after the actual treatment.
I have no idea how to speed up this process, maybe some kind of antihistamines or other anti allergy medicines will work
but I really have no experience with this.
Wish you all the best for the new year
Walter
