Trial update
Well it looks like things are getting somewhat better. The red areas are disappearing and some areas of my skin are dry and flaky. I think about 10 ten into the trial was the absolute worst. I am not nearly 100percent however I think I am on the road to recovery.

Just be patient Darrel and you will heal, you can not expect to heal from a thing like this in a very short time, first you need to kill all the mites, only then your immune system can stop reacting on the allergens from the mites and the infections will stop.
The first weeks are most of the time the most difficult one but it looks you are on the right track.
