Hi all,
I wonder if you can help me, I'm 29 and I've had Rosacea for 2 years now, I'm not sure if I have the mites as I've never had that crawling feeling. But I started using the ZZ cream 2 days ago morning and evening. I applied it only to a patch on my cheek to see what it was like before I use it all over my face but this morning that patch is much worse. many more red bumps, worse than ever.
Can you tell me if this is normal, should I continue using it or is my skin reacting to it?
I'd be really grateful for any advice.

bumps and whiteheads
since no one else is replying to you. my understanding is the following:
it means its working to kill the mites that are dying under your skin and the whiteheads are the result of bacteria and the dead mites decomposing and your immune systems reaction to contain and eliminate the infection.
stick with it.......it is doing an effective job. it will flare and get worse during this phase as the mites die.
