Rosacea without mites?

Anybody know if its possible to have rosacea without the mites. I don'tr have any bumps on my face, just the redness and the spider veins. I've been using the products about 2 months now and no change. Still the same little veins on my cheeks and nose and still the same redness all over my face. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes, not all rosaceas are because of demodex mites, on the other hand, 2 months is not enough to know for sure, are there no changes at all for the moment?
