I've been impressed by the ZZ feedback I've heard so am curious to see what percentage of rosacea sufferers might be helped by it. Please answer very, very honestly

I'm so glad for you! Do you still have to avoid triggers? Can you drink red wine and eat spicy food, for example?

Frankly, part of my problem is that I never have avoided triggers - I have avoided the sun, and protected my skin from elements.....

I just love my food and vino too much!

The flushing is noticeably different, however, when I do drink red wine or coffee or hot chocolate. I would call it a 2 or 3 rather than the 9 I usually experienced. I had red wine and a big dinner tonight in a warm restaraunt - then we went for a coffee and dessert - all after being out in the sunny and windy weather today playing sports. (leaving to go look in mirror) And, my face is pretty pale. Heaven!!

I am hoping the ZZcream will take care of some of the "orange peel" look of my face.
