Disheartened - Please Help

I have no idea what to rotate it with, if you find anything, I'd be glad to hear it. I don't want to use the Metro cream. My BF is really into natural essential oils, they are great for a lot of things, and there might be some that are effective against mites, hard to say. I suspect it is the sulfur and zinc primarily in the ZZ that makes it work, and they don't disclose the other herbs. It wouldn't be white if there was much else in it.
