ok to use moisturizer?

my skin is dry because i use acne topicals during the day. so is it okay if i apply moisturizer prior to applying zz cream at night?

I have no idea how the ZZ will react when mixed with a moisturizer but you can try...
Would be better to use a moisturizer during the day though.
