actually im curious about the link between swimming & demodex
does swimming aggravate our skin condition? (since the pool's water might have those mites from other ppls)
or
does it helps a bit w/ our skin condition ?(since most of the pool's water contains chlorine which kills bacteria)
can any1 confirm this?

Re: Swimming and demodex
I really have no idea if you can catch other peoples demodex mites in a swimming pool,
I think the possibility is very small.................
neither I think that swimming pool water, besides that swimming is of course good for your health,
can benefit your skin.
