Whats the minimum amount of usage while still effective?

Just started a couple days ago on a relatively small area and I have several new papules and pustules (I would normally have maybe 1 in this area). I am not handling this very well since I am much worse than normal. I understand that this is part of what happens, but can I use it every other night and have it still effective? I would rather take a little more time with less breakouts.

Actually, this new papules and pustules are a sign the treatment is working and you have indeed demodex mites,
Yes, you can slow down the applications, it will still be effective but it will take longer.
