Have you changed the eyelash cream?

The older orders of the eyelash cream I made last year worked amazingly well. The new creams are not working. Have you changed it?

Because the itching and tickling is returning, and getting worse every day.
I used the old cream for 6 months and it made all my problems
disappear. With the new cream, the problems are returning. I dont
understand it.

I have 6 tubes of this cream. I'm going to try each one and hopefully one
of them works. I will let you know if any work later.

Are you using the eyelashcream for your face to or only for the eyelashes?

One tube should last a long time if only used for the eyelashes.....

Thanks -- I received the new tubes. I have one that is working now, I feel much more relieved. When this stuff works, it is worth its weight in gold. I threw out a bunch of the old ones that didnt work.

I am only using it on my eyelashes. The reason why I have 6 tubes is because of the shipping problem I posted about: the first 3 tubes got lost in the mail so I ordered 3 new ones. The lost mail was eventually found (about 5 weeks later).

I am still using the eyelash cream -- never healed completely. I still find that sometimes the eyelash cream does not work and other times it does. When I order 3 packs, I hope to get 1 working one. I don't mind paying for 3 and only getting 1 that works, as long as I do get that one. But it is a bit annoying when I try out one that doesn't work, because I get very itchy and it takes a while for that itching to go away once I found a working one. I don't mean to sound like I am complaining, I just can't understand why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. And I wonder if anyone else is having the same experience.

I really have no explanation for this, the eyelash cream
is made by a local pharmacist in Belgium, they make every time
one batch at once so it is hard to believe there is any difference between the tubes.....
I will ask him anyway this week and let you know his answer.

I always order several tubes of the cream so that I have backups. This time I ordered 6, and so far 5 don't seem to be working. Only one left to try. I still wonder if something has changed. When I first began ordering this stuff, it always worked miraculously the first try. Now it is rare for me to find a working one. I still have a bunch of old, expired creams and I'm going through them again to double-check whether any of them work. Again, I must say that I would be happy to pay much more for one working tube, so I am not complaining about the price. It is just frustrating to understand why things no longer work!

what I could try for you is asking to make one which contains 3% metronidazole instead of 2
just to try
