week 19- bad breakouts

obviously i was too exited too quickly. i am starting my 5th month and my face looks terrible. i apply the products and use the soap faithfully. help i do not know what is wrong. i am full of blackheads in places i never had them and get pustules and papules. they are red and ugly. can i use aha's to exfoliate because all my pores are clogged?

dont exfoliate yet.
What is exactly your regime?
are you using the Fumanling as well the ZZ?

zz at night and fmlg in morning. soap 2ce a day. i just want to exfoliate the dead skin. thanks

Stop using the Fumanling and use only the ZZ in the evening,
squeeze the biggest blackheads out before applying the treatment but after washing the face,
use clean paper to avoid infections, not with your bare fingers.
Be sure if you squeeze they are out, otherwise they can infect.
if the breakouts don't go away doing this try only treating every 3 day's in the evening with the ZZ.
