I hope this has all been worked out by now.
Just like everyone else, Walter has been forced to sacrifice much of his time to get through the junk that flies through the Internet. I know that my Inboxes are filled with junk every day, and it's a mere fraction of what Walter gets every hour.
Even the most caring person can be driven to max out under today's inundation of nonsense.
He cares about each of his customers. I swear upon my long-term relationship and success with his products . . .
