I am thinking about using these cremes. But couldn't you just use topical zinc oxide, and sulfur on your face to get rid of them. As well as strengthening your immune system? Through pills, and healthy diet, like no refined foods, and taking pro biotics?
I am 17, I have been on accutane. I have mostly breakouts by my mouth area. And forehead.

Demodex mites are very difficult to eliminate, if it was so simple then there would be no need for special medicines isn't it?
You can kill some doing this but not eliminate them so the result will be not there.

I tried everything else before I tried ZZ and XFML.
I had mild to moderate success with some concoctions. I had no success with benzoyl peroxide based products. I had trouble with fruit acids and such.
The proprietary ingredients in Demodex Solutions's products made the difference between moderate progress and complete control over breakouts.
You must try it for yourself, of course.
