Redness on cheeks and nose but not directly below eyes

Is this pretty normal? I kind of look like someone that has been sun burned with sunglasses on. I have been diagnosed with rosacea and have had it for about 6 years, I got it when I was in high school and am not almost 23? I have been on the Z cream for about five months like I said in my previous post and my condition has improved considerably. My face no longer feels hot and the redness is suppressed most of the time. It is typically worse in the morning and right after lunch. Will this ever go away if I continue treatment or is it just one of those things I am going to have to live with?

My face also seems to get oily throughout the duration of the day.
