Red nose, help!

Red nose, help!
The tip of my nose is chronicly bright red and there is extra tissue growth there. There is no P&P included but there is lot of sebum inside the rosaceapart and when I press my nose that sebum starts to come out in many places. I went to derm and he said it is rosacea and gave my tetracycline which didn't help. I also took microscopetest in lab and there was no demodex included. Please tell me what could I try. Im only 17 and this disturbs me very lot.

Hard to believe for me that there are no demodex mites in your nose skin,
the circumstances like you describe are perfect for demodex mites to thrive.
All people till now I tested myself with symptoms like yours had demodex mites, do you have any idea if and how they tried to find them?
Only use the ZZ cream and you will almost for sure get rid of your problems, don’t use to much, just a bit everywhere on your nose two times a day and be patient, if it gets worse in the beginning, just continuo.
