Just Starting

SO I just received my ZZ cream in the mail (finally!) and I'm going to get started on this regimen tonight. Does anyone who has tried it know when I can expect the scabby lesions on my face to start healing? I have one on my nose, that's been there for a month, and only shrunk somewhat from various TTO/sulphur treatments but never healed completely. I just want it to be gone already!! Okay, anyway, wish my luck. Day 1 starts today.
