I have gotten what look like blackheads on my nose. 2-3 here and there..they seem to get worse when I apply zz cream to them..and when I don't use the zz cream on the spots where they are..they go down and away within 2-3 days usually. Why is this? and once i was diagnosed with acne rosacea 2 red lines appeared on 1 side of my nose..will the zz cream help make these lines go away once the mites are gone? I've been using zz cream now for 3 and 1/2 months. Also once 4 months is up do I go immediately to the maintenence treatment or do I wait until I want to go on the maintenance?

Keep in mind that it's not unusual for pimples to appear after applying ZZ. It's usually because there are mites there that it just killed. After you've killed them all, they no longer appear as a result of applying ZZ.
Not sure about the lines.
Go on maintenance dosage when you're clear for at least one month using the full dosage.
