I was shipped an incorrect order

Can someone please contact me? I went for the bundle with 8 items and specifically put in the notes that i wanted 8ZZ cream and NO XFML, i am allergic to the XFML, but i was sent 4 of each.

Also i got hit with 17.50 in customs charges which was unexpected, is that usual? i've ordered before with no problems

We shipped the 4 ZZ replacements for free to you already a long time ago, is everything ok with your order now?

It depends how the customs handle this matter,
it depends on the country and the custom handling your case,
most of the time, nothing is charged but sometimes yes.

got them, thanks again for fixing your mistake, you guys are great to deal with..quick question...next time is there anything else i should do other than put it in the notes? or was this a rare mistake?

just a shame these XFML are going to waste, i can't use them.
