XFML Fill Levels

I just received my first order. My XFML jars are only 25% filled. The ZZ cream has 4x as much product in it. Both are labeled 20grams, so obviously the XFML is way underfilled, or the ZZ cream is overfilled. Considering the size of the jar, I think the XFML cream is just way underfilled. I know the stuff is pricey, but to only 1/4 or 1/5 fill the jar is a huge rip-off not to mention false advertising, and I know weights and measures are strictly regulated..

Is this standard for the XFML jars to be so underfilled???? There's only about a tsp of product in it.

It's been a long time since I ordered XFML. Maybe they've changed the jar or something since then. Did you check the volume of the two jars (ZZ jar vs. XFML jar)? I'm thinking maybe the XFML jar is just bigger, which makes the product inside of it look smaller?

But as I recall, I think the XFML jar should be filled at least 3/4 of the way up. But it's been at least a year since I ordered one. Walter will need to answer this one.

Oh, nevermind. I didn't see you said there was only a teaspoon of the product inside of it. That is too small. Maybe a problem at the plant caused it. I'm sure Walter will get you a replacement. Email him.
