I'd say just follow the standard program. Do Zhong Zhou cream at night and Xin Fumanling in the day. Wash your face with the medicated soap bar before applying any creams. Also, even though it's just your cheeks and nose, you'd be better off treating the entire face, including the eyebrows.

Observe the standard non-contamination protocol also. That means you have to stop touching your face, and don't let other people or animals touch your face. Also, change your pillow cases every day (you want a fresh pillow case every night). I just keep 7 pillow cases and wash them all at the end of the week. Next, you'll want to dry your face with a clean towel everytime. And if you sweat or work-out, wash your face immediately afterwards. Keep your hair off your face as well. Tie it back or cut it if it's hanging onto your face.
