roaccutane and zz cream

Hi

This is a question for Walter or anybody else who have used zz or xfml cream while on roaccutane:

I would like to know if zz or xfml cream can be used while taking 10mg of roaccutane (isotretinoin) daily. I have been on roaccutane for the past seven moths to treat what my dermatologist thinks is a very mild rosacea (my biggest problem is morning flushing or flushing when exposed to hot temperature or stres). I also get occasional pimples but there are the least of my worries. I have tried everything in the past including antibiotics, laser treatments and elidel but nothing helped as much as did roaccutane.
Because my flushing appears mostly in the morning and I am still breaking out even after 7 months of taking roaccutane I thought that my skin condition is caused by something else rather than rosacea. I might be wrong but still it's worth a try.
