it is a good idea to look for your tracking number yourself on our webshop so you can find out where your
order is.
It happens some times that the order could not be delivered because they could not find your address or nobody was home,
in this case, to prevent the post from sending your order back to us, please call your local post office with your tracking number handy
and ask for a new delivery.
To find your tracking number
Login at your account with the email address you used to shop and your last name

By clicking on the link above, this screen will appear
To open in a new tab or window, right click the link and choose from the menu
After login, this screen will apear
click “Review previous Orders”
A list with all orders you made will be displayed (In this case there is only one)
Click in the Track column from the order you want to find the tracking number (click the word Yes)
The tracking message will be displayed
A tracking number exists out of two letters, 9 digits and two letters again.
You can use your tracking number on the Hong Kong post website
http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp
Once on the Hong Kong post tracking page, you can also choose your local tracking website from the dropdown list.
