Shipping and some other questions

Hi i am from Singapore. Would like to ask if there is any way of getting this cream here without shipping or it is a must. And how is this cream different from the other products like AHA or bp. I know your site says that 90% of acne is caused by mites but why are there are people who are cleared using the other over the counter products? Thanks
