demodex infected skin?

Hello - I've got problem with my skin - it looks like rosacea but I don't have any pimples. I've visited many dermatologists but all of them said that's not rosacea. I've got cosmetics intolerance (even to those for allergic skin) - the only solution that helps is metronidazole ointment (2-3%) - 0,75% doesn't help at all.Creams for rosacea, vasclular problems did nothing. After treatment with metronidazole ointment I've seen some improvement (5-7 days) - my intolerance is gone, I don't flush after hot meal or when I'm in stressful situation. What do you think?Could it be demodex infection?(as I wrote I don't have pimples) - generally smooth skin but red.In my area it's impossible to have a test for demodex.Please help.

Hello Peter

This one I really can not answer, theoretical it is possible you have an allergy towards demodex mites but without a demodex mite test the only thing you can do is just try, fumanling during the day and Zhongzhou in the evening.
