That doesn't seem fair if you used these products for 5 months, and the condition came back so easily. The whiteness in cold cream is due to borax, which is an insecticide. So that could be part of the reason it has some action against the mites (if it does).

About a year ago I developed changes to my facial skin, excessive dryness, a burning sensation. I went to two a dermatologist that found loads of mites. My facial skin has become thicker, and I'm afraid of permanent damage. I have been working on demodex for a little over two months. Did you observe substantial positive changes after treating? I can't find anyone who had skin thickening... I can't put up with this for 10, 20, 30+years. I am going to treat as long as possible but this is really unbearable to deal with over an entire lifetime.
