If I'm not sure if I have mites will demodex work for me?

So none of my dermatologists will do the mites test on me and I don't have the equipment to do it. I've had acne since I was 13 (I'm 23 now). I don't have all the symptoms of mites either.. but my acne does tend to itch extremely at times. My acne is cystic and tends to group together. It'll be like 5 pimples next to each other. I also have the pus like acne too. So my main concern is will it work for me when I've used so many other products (with little or no success) and I'm not sure if I have mites will it work for me? If not can I get my money back?
