Hello,
I made an order 10 days ago (Nov 5th 2010). I have not received any further emails, including a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. I had an email that confirmed the credit card transaction, but it has been 10 days and I have received no other emails, or my order delivered.
Has my order shipped? or is something wrong?
