delivery problems

Dear Demodex solutions,

I have made 2 orders from you in the last month, and both seem to be
having shipping problems. I also emailed [email protected]
and got no reply about this.

The first order was made on January 10. It was shipped, but as of
January 17 it has been lost in the mail: nobody knows where it is. I
emailed you asking if you can look into this, as Hong Kong Post suggested
I do. Have you done anything about this?

The second order was made on January 25th, one week ago. So far
I have not received any information that it has been shipped yet. I
do not understand why there is a delay.

I would appreciate it if you emailed me in regard to these shipments.

Hello??? Is anybody there??? I posted this over a week ago and still have
not gotten a reply or an email from Demodex Solutions.

The second package I ordered arrived, but the first one is still lost in the
mail. Unfortunately, for some reason, the medicine from the second
package is not working. Maybe they forgot to put the metronidizole
in the ointment? (I've gone back to the original medicines I ordered
last time, even though they are expired, and they still work -- but the
new ones definitely are not working. The problem is that I only have a
few days supply left of the old ones.) Now I really need the first package
to arrive. It is almost one full month since it has been shipped and still
the post office does not know where it is.

I have to say, I am quite disappointed in this. These medicines are not
exactly cheap. I have spent over $100 for the two packages, and I have
only received one package with faulty medicines, and my enquiries about
the lost package from Demodex Solutions have been ignored.

I have both packages now, but the new medicines are not working. I never
received any email from Demodex Solutions or any reply to my
concerns. I am disappointed.

Hello

Apologizes for the delivery problems but there is not so much we can do once an order is shipped, it happens very rarely that a package get lost but it happens sometimes, we send always the order again for free if this happens but we can not do that from the first week, most of the time the package anyway shows up.

Regarding email
we have an enormous problem with spam, thousands and thousands of spam mail every day so we are forced to use a spam filter and because of this, some mails are moved to the junk mail which should not, it is impossible to check those thousands of junk mail every day.
We will implement a ticket system soon so this problem will be solved.
Because our email addresses are on the site, they are automatically collected by programs on the net to mail spam to, that’s why so many.

My oldest email that was never responded to is like 6 months ago. I've sent a current email twice in the last few weeks and still haven't gotten a response. The email I'm sending with is both the email I'm reistered on the forums with and an email I've used ordering in the past. Why no response? I'm going to resend the email to you via PM Walter.

Another week past with no response to all my pending emails or my PM here. Why has DS turned into the most unresponsive company I've ever done business with?

Demodex solutions has sent me a replacement pack for the tubes that were not working. The new medicine seems to be working. Thank you.
