Scalp Folliculitis, question for Walter

Post by Snegovik »

Walter, do you have any advice on how to treat scalp folliculitis with your products? I ordered the shampoo, but it is enough?

I did shave my hair a couple of years ago, and applied benzyl benozate. In 2 weeks my scalp was clean. So I guess anti mite treatment is what I need. But is it possible and at the same time keep my hair?

If other that Walter also have advices, I am all ears

Thanks and regards

I'm actually doing exactly what you did-BB on a shaved head. I haven't been able to find much for the kind of treatment you're looking for.

I did find "Jason Dandruff Relief Shampoo". It has Sulfur, Salicylic acid, Tea Tree oil, etc... I have even put it on my face and it is like the shampoo version of ZZ cream.

The only other idea I can think of is perhaps add some Benzyl Benzoate to your shampoo.

Of course, doing your own home chemistry experiments always has a potential for disaster.

Did you try our scalp lotion already?
is stronger then the shampoo and can be leaved on for the night.

Walter, can you tell us what ingredients in the body wash actually kill mites. I was not able to find any that have killed demodex in a paper.
