Best DD products for hair loss

Post by Autumnchild »

Yes, which are the best products to prevent further hair loss and instigate regrowth?

And 2: Approx. how long does it take for scalp hair to grow back from nothing to more normal?

Thank you.

There can be many reasons for hair loss, demodex mites is just one of them
so it is impossible for me to answer your question, the only way to find out is doing
a mite test, if positive, then the treatment should help, of course since it is so difficult
to find a derm who is able/willing to do a demodex mite test you can also just try,
will do no harm, testing for demodex mites on the scalp is even more easy then on the facial skin,
just pull a hair out, very carefully (not to drop the mites of from the hair root)
put the hair on a slide and look with 40X magnification under the microscope (on the root)
that’s something you easily can do yourself.
I no hair at all anymore, I don’t think it is demodex mite related

Thanks! Although, I kind of planned on going ahead and trying some of your products, just to be on the safe side - which would you then recommend? 8)

Did you mean in your last sentence that you don't lose hair anymore?

No, this is a typing mistake, should have been

“If no hair at all anymore, I don’t think it is demodex mite related”

Luckily, I don’t lose hair at all.

What is your current state regarding your hair?
thinning, losing a lot, no hair anymore?

Thank you.

I'm not really losing a lot of hair, however the hair loss begun with an Accutane (mal)treatment, the hair loss at that time was quite large.

To be honest, the reason I asked is since I started using your shampoo and lotion products on my head, an uncountable amount of tiny, white hairs, has started growing out where I used to have hair ... is this a good sign, or does it mean nothing? I still don't know whether they will evolve into real hair in the future.

And also again; am I using the most efficient products to treat hair loss?

The best products and also the only ones we have against demodex mites
on the scalp are the DS shampoo and DS lotion, of course, if your hair loss is
demodex related.
What some people also did is using the ZZ on their towel dry scalp by taking just a tiny bit on the finger,
apply at some places on the scalp and massage softly the hair roots so the product spreads a bit
everywhere, this works even better because the ZZ is so powerful that it needs just a bit bit to work
but not so easy to do.

I really cannot answer this question, I guess you will have to wait and see what happens.
