Protection seal inside the jar was not fully sealed

Hello I have received my 3rd jar and found the protection seal inside the jar was already open and not fully sealed.
Can I still use it? I am afraid someone mixed something in it.
Also sender address and name are different from before and personal name and address are written.
( company name demodex solutions is not written this time and address is also different)

We changed staff in HK and they are not fully organized yet hence address written by hand
Probably the customs opened it to check, you can still use but we will add a new extra one with your next order
