Why the ZZ cream changes?

Post by Snegovik »

Hi!

Is there any reason for ZZ cream changes? The new cream I got is much more creamy, and it does not give me the white mask I enjoyed. Also because my skin is oily, I liked the drying effect.

Is it possible to order more of the old version?

Best regards

Hello

the ointment is always the same formula, the base from the ointment also
but for whatever reason, sometimes the consistence of the base is a bit different,
I already told the factory many times that it is important that the ointment
is always exactly the same, more we can not do.
No need to worry about the working from the ointment though, like I wrote,
the formula is always exactly the same.

Im so glad someone else experienced this problem! I recently just opened up a new jar of zz cream which i purchased at the beginning of the year. The expiry date is still good. However, the consistency of the ointment is VERY runny and gritty. When i apply to my face, it looked very oily. I prefer the paste-like texture.

The ZZ cream formula did not change

the only reason I can think what could happen is that your ointment was exposed to some extreme temperatures
during transport causing the ointment to shift, if you would like a replacement let us know.
