Effectivness of ZZ ointment isn't consistent??

Hi Walter,
I have been consistantly using the ZZ ointment every night for over 6 months already. At the begining of the treatment, first 2 weeks i noticed a dramatic change in the apperance of my skin; ie- flushing reduced, oiliness reduced, and my skin was clear. I don't have acne, but i do have rosacea with enlarged pores. Now my skin seemed to return to its original form. How long does it take for the mites to completely be elimated?? Could it be that i am not storing the ointment correctly which leads to the product being ineffective over time?
Im very desperate to cure this thing. I have been suffering from rosacea for over 15 years now. But i do have to say that zz ointment is the only product that seemed to be controlling my rosacea from spreading to my lower cheek.
