I have a lot of questions:
My English is not so well but I will try it:

I have a lot of problems at my skin for many years. There are a lot of scares now because of deep acne. And the acne is acheful.
Often I have painful pimples inside my nose. Also at the eyes (at the end with leaving a chalazion which has to be cut out by an operation of an eye surgeon).
In every pore seems to be a comedo (also very little ones).

I bought a microscope to search whether I can see demodex mites. And I have seen it on 200x enlargement. Really. It lived and moved... Awful. Like a worm or something like that. And I have seen it eating like a worm.

So what shall I do now?

Is it really true that a nose can grow because of that cream? I can't believe it.

Does the medicine/cream work really? Or is it only a business?

How much cream should I buy to let it work?

I live in Germany and I read a lot about that the customs doesn't let the cream/medicine come into the country. After buying it's possible that the customs abolishes medicines which came from abroad and the customer who bought it has nothing (no cream) only costs.
Isn't it possible to buy the cream inside of Europe? Perhaps in the Netherlands?

Also paying is a problem. To make a money transfer to China is very, very expensive. It costs almost the same as the cream.
It would be great to pay in EURO and within Europe.

A nose can grow because of the mites, not because of the cream....
it is called Rhinophyma

We are almost 10 years on the internet by now, if our treatment would not work
we would be already a long time gone don't you think so?

How much cream should I buy to let it work?

Just start with one jar, when used you can buy some more,
with 4 jars you already should do a long time.
