ZZ w/Hibiclens & vitamins = NO CYSTIC ACNE

Hello to all acne sufferers, I've been using ZZ & XFML (prefer ZZ) since late March/early April 2012. It works!

I have found my skin needed EXTRA help to minimize breakouts and keep a new pimple from developing into a large cyst.

I added the following regimen- NO CYSTS for a month now!

1) I wash my face with Hibiclens (blue/green bottle - do NOT buy generic) ** for a full 3-5 mins am/pm
basically allowing the antimicrobial solution to work.
**Hibiclens can be purchased at most pharmacies in the "First Aid" aisle: CVS, Walgreens, even some Walmarts carry it.
2) I take "Nature Made" brand, STRESS B-COMPLEX (1 tab after breakfast, lunch and dinner)
3) ALWAYS apply ZZ after each cleansing of my face.

I've read many great reviews on this, but never bothered to gave it a try.
but maybe i will! lol
